Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Sunday) for purchases placed before 12 PM EST.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once shipped, orders generally arrive within 4–6 business days. Deliveries take place Monday through Saturday to the shipping address provided during checkout. Please note that we do not deliver to collection points.

While we strive to meet these timelines, Kitelyishop is not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control, including severe weather, natural disasters, or carrier disruptions.

Damaged Items
